All Simply Nutrition orders that are fulfilled from our warehouse ship the same day or the next business day, no exceptions! Domestic Economy shipping is free of charge and most orders arrive within 5 days (drop-shipped orders do not apply and delivery times vary based on a number of conditions). If an item is drop-shipped from the manufacturer, then shipping fees may apply. Most of the items we sell ship directly from our warehouse. However, we do have some brands that we do not stock. Those brands are shipped direct from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor of that brand.
Customers have the option to select a more expeditious shipping speed if one is needed or desired, for an additional fee. Simply Nutrition only offers Free Shipping on domestic orders that are shipped directly from our facility.
All goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Simply Nutrition to import the goods on his or her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Simply Nutrition may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his/her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Occasionally, items may be on backorder. When this happens, we will notify the customer by email. Any items in the order that are not on backorder are shipped immediately. The backordered item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available, at no additional shipping costs.
CANCELING OF ORDERS BY SIMPLY NUTRITION
Simply Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. In the unfortunate event that this may occur, any payment(s) received by Simply Nutrition from the customer will be promptly refunded or returned to the customer. The customer will be notified of the cancellation, either via email or phone. Failure to provide a valid email or telephone number will delay the resolution of any order issues.
If a proper address, or other order information is not adequately provided, Simply Nutrition reserves the right to reach out to the customer to resolve any and all concerns that may arise with an order. This may occur either before and/or after your order is shipped/received.
In the event that we are unable to contact a customer regarding an issue with their order, prior to that order being shipped, that order will be cancelled within 72 hours and the proper refund will be issued. In most cases, orders are not captured/charged until an order has shipped, in which case that charge will never occur and should not need to be refunded. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for a refund to post or for an authorization to be removed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Have an unopened product you’d like to return? Your satisfaction is our goal. We want to ensure you are satisfied with the products you receive from Simply Nutrition. We only require that you submit a return request within 30 days from receipt of items. Just contact our Customer Service gurus to initiate your return. OUR 30-DAY STRESS-FREE RETURN POLICY
- 100% refund will be issued on your unopened item(s) returned within 30 days.
- An exchange will be made on your damaged item(s) returned within 30 days.
- Refrigerated products, such as but not limited to probiotics, are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- Gift cards, coupons, promotions, free gifts etc. are non-refundable.
- We only accept returns on items shipped within the United States only.
DID YOU RECEIVE DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
Hold on to any damaged products, boxes, packaging, and contents you received. We may request pictures of your damages to process your refund/exchange claim. You can start a shipping claim by contacting our Customer Service gurus.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:
- The customer must contact Simply Nutrition by e-mail, chat or phone at (844)559-8600 and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning any merchandise.
- Customer must ship the returning merchandise within 30 days from the date that the product was received.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will accept a single opened container of each individual product. We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as long as they are unopened.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- International orders are non-refundable.
- Duties and taxes paid on international orders are also non-refundable.
Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Simply Nutrition on a case by case basis.
Do not return products to Simply Nutrition after 60 days have passed without calling us first! Packages received without an RMA number after 60 days have passed will not be refunded. These packages will be discarded and cannot be returned to the customer!
