We don’t do middle men. We source all of our products directly from the manufacturer, so we always have the freshest stock available.
All of the probiotics that we provide which require refrigeration are stored in our freezer 100% of the time that they are in our possession.
We are located in Rockville, MD.
With sufficient proof of purchase we will always try our best to match our competitor’s prices if we carry the product in question. We also accept offers, so send one over and we’ll be right back in touch.

Orders FAQ
If you decide to return a product to us, please reach out to us first to initiate the return process. Please mail all returns to our address (listed below). When the returning package arrives back to us we will be able to issue your refund, as stated in our return policy. When returning an item, please include a note in the package stating your name, order number, and the reason for the return or else your return may go unnoticed. You will receive notification when the refund is processed.
Unless otherwise stipulated, all return postage is at the customers' expense and there is a standard 15% restocking fee for all returns. Simply Nutrition reserves the right to waive these fees on a case-by-case basis.

The product was no longer available. Simply Nutrition reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason at any time. While we go out of our way to ensure that orders are not cancelled, it can happen in rare instances. The likelihood of an order being cancelled is less than 1%, but if it is you will receive a refund immediately.
If we do not have an item in stock, we will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss your options and estimated time of arrival. We will give you the option to wait for the product to come in, or to receive a refund and reorder at a later date (if possible)
If you know that you do not want a product before you even receive it, upon receipt (don’t open the package) please tell the carrier that you want to REFUSE the order and have it RETURNED TO SENDER. This will not incur any additional charges for either party.
Please, order as many as you’d like.
Any items that arrive to the customer with damage, Simply Nutrition will replace that item immediately with either the same item or a better item at the customers' discretion. Be sure to obtain proof of the damage and packaging for verification, otherwise your replacement request may be denied.
We initiate the return process, but we do not handle the funds that is between the payment processor and your bank. In most cases though, your refund may take 2-3 business days to show up in your account.
If your order is cancelled in time, prior to it being shipped, then there are no additional fees at all.
A return must be requested within 30 days from the time that you placed your order.
The return must be on the way back to us within 30 days of your receiving it or else the return will be denied.
We cannot except “Exchanges”. Just let us know and ship the order back to us. once the order gets back to us we will issue a refund (minus a 15% restocking fee). Then a new order for the alternate flavor can be processed.
Delivery FAQ
All of the probiotics that we provide which require refrigeration will be shipped with an ice pack.
Let us know! Please provide proof of the incorrect product and we will be sure to issue a prepaid return label and a replacement product if we are at fault.
You will receive your order’s tracking details once we ship it out. We ship our orders out as soon as they are processed. Keep an eye out for the shipment confirmation e-mail.
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping on eBay. Stay tuned, we’re working on offering our catalog internationally.
We will ship your order out immediately. We work hard to ship every order out the same day, so you can rest assured that you will have your package sooner than expected in many cases.
Mail Fraud is a felony nowadays and is taken quite seriously. We will always do our due diligence and try our best to get in touch with the carrier to locate a lost order. If that process does not work out we will find an alternative solution. We review every situation on a case-by-case basis.

Economy Shipping (1-10 business days) - Free
Standard Shipping (1-5 business days) - Free
Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days) - $7.95+
USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day) - $18.95+
Once an order has been shipped we cannot contact the carrier to alter its destination. When the package does arrive to you, please just refuse it and return the package to sender. When it arrives back to us you will receive a refund, as stated in our return policy, this may include a restocking fee.
You can choose our EXPEDITED shipping option and receive your order in 1 business day.
