Seeking Health Hydrox-Adeno B12provides 2,000 mcg of vitamin B12 as hydroxocobalamin and adenosylcobalamin in each convenient lozenge. Adenosylcobalamin, one of the “coenzyme” forms of vitamin B12, is known as the mitochondrial form as it is the most prevalent form in cellular tissues. While not itself a “coenzyme” form, hydroxocobalamin easily converts to one (methylcobalamin) and may also have the unique benefit of helping to support healthy cellular detoxification.

Suggested Use
