Glycine is the simplest of all amino acids, possessing only one carbon atom. It can be made by the body, but since it doesn’t appear to meet the body’s requirements at all times, it’s considered by some to be semi essential.
Most of the glycine in the body becomes incorporated in proteins, but free glycine acts as a neurotransmitter involved in regulating appetite, behavior and general homeostasis. It has fundamental roles in support of healthy gene expression, cellular antioxidant processes, detoxification, immune function, growth, development, metabolism and survival. Like other one carbon molecules, glycine has been linked to longevity in certain species.
Glycine is often used as a supplement to promote relaxation and sound sleep. Research shows that, when taken before bed, glycine may promote healthy quality sleep without causing daytime drowsiness. Glycine may also have positive impacts on mood, cognition and mental health.

Hold on to any damaged products, boxes, packaging, and contents you received. We may request pictures of your damages to process your refund/exchange claim. You can start a shipping claim by contacting our Customer Service gurus.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE REQUIREMENTS:
The customer must contact Simply Nutrition by e-mail, chat or phone at (844)559-8600 and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning any merchandise.
Customer must ship the returning merchandise within 30 days from the date that the product was received.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will accept a single opened container of each individual product. We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as long as they are unopened.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
International orders are non-refundable.
Duties and taxes paid on international orders are also non-refundable.
Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Simply Nutrition on a case by case basis.
Do not return products to Simply Nutrition after 60 days have passed without calling us first! Packages received without an RMA number after 60 days have passed will not be refunded. These packages will be discarded and cannot be returned to the customer!
