Bach Flowers

The remedies were developed in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who believed that the key to overall health was to care for the mind as well as the body. He spent his life exploring the use of flowers and plants as a means of promoting emotional wellbeing. In total, he identified 38 natural remedies, each one derived from a different wild flower, plant or tree, and each corresponding to a different emotional state. Dr. Bach categorized the remedies in seven groupings, to help people choose the right remedy for their individual concerns. While we continue to use the original groupings, the names have been modernized to make it easier for you to identify the remedy you need.
